Ryfylke et région de Stavanger
Allez dans le Ryfylke, qui concentre plusieurs des randonnées les plus connues de Norvège. Gravissez le plateau montagneux du Preikestolen (le rocher de la Chaire), qui surplombe le Lysefjord du haut de ses 604 mètres, ou le Kjerag, au sommet duquel le rocher de Kjeragbolten est coincé entre deux parois. Un grand nombre de randonnées magnifiques vous attendent également dans le secteur, que vous souhaitiez marcher de refuge en refuge sur une période de plusieurs jours ou enchaîner les excursions à la journée, depuis un port d'attache comme Sandnes ou Stavanger (voir ci-dessous).
Haugesund et Haugalandet
On a souvent comparé les paysages rencontrés à Haugesund et dans la région du Haugalandet à ceux que l’on a pu voir dans les séries télévisées Game of Thrones et Vikings. Cela n’a rien d'étonnant, puisque les rois vikings ont élu domicile ici pendant plus de mille ans. Vous pouvez parcourir le sentier panoramique de la Reine Sonja, vous approcher de certaines de ses nombreuses chutes d'eau féeriques (dont la spectaculaire Vøringsfossen) et vous promener dans les vergers en fleurs au printemps (et goûter à l'un des meilleurs jus de pomme du monde !).
TyssedalTrolltunga
Trolltunga - also known as the Troll's Tongue - is the most spectacular rock formation in Norway. At 1180 meters above sea level, is lies about 700 meters above the lake Ringedalsvatnet. From the top, you have a fantastic view. The hike to Trolltunga starts in Skjeggedal and leads through the high mountains.
Bergen
Question panoramas à couper le souffle et sentiers accessibles depuis un centre-ville, on fait difficilement mieux que Bergen. Nordfjord
Entre le plus grand glacier d’Europe continentale et un littoral spectaculaire, les randonneurs n’ont que l’embarras du choix : le Nordfjord totalise plus de 230 sentiers de randonnée balisés. Pour les randonnées glaciaires, notez qu’il faut être accompagné d’un guide. Puisque vous êtes dans les parages, faites un détour par le haut lieu de l’aventure qu’est Loen, où le Loen Skylift vous conduira au sommet de la montagne. Et puis, ne manquez pas l’occasion d'aller skier à Stryn en plein été !

The mountains around Loen and Stryn are perfect for ski touring and backcountry skiing with views of the fjord and mountains. The Loen Skylift takes you up to 1011 metres above sea level/3316 ft., so you can set off with fresh legs. From Mt. Hoven you have many summits to choose from and even more downhill runs.
La région du Geirangerfjord
La plupart des visiteurs ne passent qu’une seule journée dans les environs. Grosse erreur ! Le Geirangerfjord, d'un bleu profond, est bordé de majestueuses montagnes aux cimes enneigées et aux versants parcourus de cascades et recouverts d'une dense végétation. GeirangerWaterfall walk in Geiranger
The walk up or down 327 steps, plateaus and high airy view points, going close to the surging Storfossen (waterfall). The Waterfall Walk runs from Geiranger center up to Norwegian Fjord Centre and Hotel Union or vice versa. The combination of wild nature and exciting architecture, attracts attention. The price tag on waterfall hiking project was 12 million Norwegian kroner and has been shared between private and public actors. The process of the project took more than 20 years.
Ålesund et Sunnmøre
Les alpes de Sunnmøre, célèbres pour leurs vertigineux sommets dominant les fjords, enflamment l’imagination des randonneurs depuis des siècles. Les montagnes du littoral, ainsi que sur plusieurs îles, sont moins hautes et plus arrondies, mais n’en offrent pas moins de superbes vues sur la mer et les magnifiques plages de sable fin.

BarstadvikHiking trip to Molladalen (774 m.o.h.)
Molladalen is encircled by the spectacular Molladalstindane with well-known peaks such as Jønshorn, Randers Topp and Mohns Topp. By the glacier behind Mohns Topp lies the popular climbing objective Bladet. The area offers a comprehensive range of experiences, with everything from climbing on steep faces to tarn fishing and walks. Molladalen is also the family-friendly alternative. The shortest way to Molladalen is from Melbøsætra/Barstadsætra (marked path). From Molladalen you can go further on marked paths to Ytre Standal. At Standalseidet you find Standalhytta (cabin at 1,299 ft), suitable as a starting point for a summit tour to Kolåstinden (4,698 ft). Season May-Oct. Duration Approx. 2.5 hours to Molladalen - longer for day tours to the summits. Distance and total height gain: 3 km. 1,870 ft. Access Bus www.fjord1.no or car to Barstadvik, where you turn off and follow the road along Barstaddalen (toll roads) up to the car park at Melbøsætra/Barstadsætra. Worth noting There is a chain at the steepest point along Molladalselva. The area may be dangerous when conditions are icy. If you decide to go up into any of the gullies it is important to wear a helmet, especially if there are several people on the tour.
