La meilleure façon de fêter le printemps et l’été avec toute sa famille ? Posez la question à un enfant qui aime bouger et s'amuser, et il y a de fortes chances qu’il décrive une journée remplie de rires, de manèges et d’excitation. Bref, une journée au parc d'attractions ! Voici quelques-uns des plus populaires d’entre eux :

Dyreparken, Kristiansand

Tout près de  Kristiansand, Dyreparken – mi-zoo, mi-parc de loisirs – est ouvert toute l’année. Néanmoins, les meilleures périodes pour profiter au maximum de ses multiples attractions sont de toute évidence le printemps et l’été.

C’est le parc d'attractions numéro Un des familles avec enfants en Norvège. Il possède l'un des plus grands parcs aquatiques du pays, avec bassins couverts et extérieurs !

Dyreparken accueille aussi dans son enceinte la petite ville de Kardemomme, habitée par les personnages du célèbre auteur de contes de fées Thorbjørn Egner. En vous promenant dans les allées du parc, vous croiserez quelques personnages célèbres. Le plus célèbre d’entre eux est l’impitoyable capitaine Sabeltann (ou Dent de sabre), pirate bien connu des petits Norvégiens depuis 1990. Réservez une chambre au village des pirates Abra Havn, explorez l’univers des pirates et le grand zoo.

Tusenfryd, Oslo

Le plus grand parc d'attractions norvégien, Tusenfryd, près d’Oslo, propose plus de 30 sympathiques attractions pour tous les âges, dont d’impressionnantes montagnes russes saupoudrées de réalité virtuelle, des manèges, des rondins de bois sur l’eau, etc. Entre deux attractions, vous pourrez faire une pause-jeu ou repas dans l'un des nombreux cafés ou restaurants que compte le parc.

Barnas Fryd et Frydskogen proposent d'innombrables manèges et activités aux tout-petits, tandis que le parc aquatique de Bade Fryd comprend une piscine, une rivière et un immense toboggan.

Le 29 avril, le parc a ouvert un nouvel espace, Dragonville, doté de nouvelles montagnes russes d'une valeur de 100 millions de couronnes. Il s'agit de Storm -The Dragon Legend, premier du genre en Europe. Ces montagnes russes à inversion possèdent un triple lancement, équivalant à trois accélérations en cours de tour.

Le parc d’aventures de Hunderfossen, Lillehammer

Le parc féerique de Hunderfossen Eventyrpark, près de Lillehammer, a pour thème les trolls et l’aventure. Rencontrez l’énorme troll de Hunderfossen qui veille sur la vallée de Gudbrandsdalen, redécouvrez les contes populaires dans la caverne magique d’Ivo Caprino et montez à bord de la plus folle automobile de l’histoire norvégienne - Il Tempo Extra Gigante.

Le parc accueille une multitude d'attractions et organise de superbes spectacles en soirée. L'hiver, vous pouvez même séjourner dans un hôtel de glace (c’est le dernier aussi au sud du pays) ou vous marier dans la cathédrale de glace. Le parc d’hiver de Hunderfossen est normalement ouvert les weekends, de début février à début mars. Il propose toutes sortes d'activités en intérieur et à l’extérieur. Conduisez une mini motoneige, faites une descente échevelée en snow raft ou faites le plein de chaleur et de douceur au château de conte de fées et à la grotte féerique d’Ivo Caprino.

Lilleputthammer, Lillehammer

Lilleputthammer, qui propose des animations pour toute la famille, a été d'abord conçu pour les enfants de un à huit ans. La principale attraction du parc est une reproduction de la rue principale de Lillehammer telle qu’elle se présentait en 1930, à l’échelle de 1:4. Dans ce décor désuet et plein de charme, les enfants ont l’impression d’être des géants et peuvent jouer à une multitude d'activités tandis que leurs parents s'attardent dans un petit café, une boulangerie ou un autre commerce.

Bø Sommarland, Telemark

Le splash-taculaire parc aquatique de Bø Sommarland est le plus vaste parc aquatique de Scandinavie, en plein cœur des magnifiques paysages du Telemark. Il abrite une flopée de toboggans spectaculaires et de piscines chauffées, des jeux palpitants et, toutes les heures, une jolie vague qui vous emporte au fil de la rivière Sommarlandelva. Bø abrite en outre le plus grand parc aquatique de Scandinavie, accueillant bassins et toboggans pour les moins de 10 ans sur 800 m2. Lorsque vos envies aquatiques seront comblées, vous trouverez également quantité de divertissements sur la terre ferme.

Kongeparken, Stavanger

Kongeparken, tout près de Stavanger, est une véritable institution norvégienne dans le domaine des loisirs. En fait, c’est le plus grand parc d'attractions de la Norvège des Fjords. Il propose toutes sortes d'activités et d'attractions pour toute la famille, toute l'année, sous le slogan « Quelle sorte de héros ou d’héroïne êtes-vous ? » Ici, les accros aux montées d'adrénaline, les casse-cou et les aventuriers trouveront forcément le manège ou l’expérience de leurs rêves.

Le printemps et l’été sont les saisons où le parc connaît la plus forte fréquentation, mais en automne, il se transforme en royaume des citrouilles, fantômes, sorcières et zombies, avec des spectacles qui vous donneront le frisson – généralement pendant une semaine au début du mois d’octobre.

Quant à la période de Noël, il ne faut la rater sous aucun prétexte ! Dans les semaines précédant Noël, Kongeparken se transforme en royaume bouillonnant de vie, sous la houlette d’adorables lutins. Ateliers de déco, guirlandes de Noël, vin chaud et lutins créent une irrésistible atmosphère de Noël.
