Enjoy the wellness area with six themed saunas or a tropical shower rain with oils.  The climbing park is a large outdoor park with 84 differet climbing routes and seven trails with varying difficulty.  Futhermore you will find three big sport halls, including a multipurpose hall an an ice hall with two ice surfaces, ideal for curling and hockey matches. Curling is available all year around.  In the sommer the park offer a 18 hole mini golf course, 5 tennis courts, bowls, several beach courts and frisebeegolf. In the winter there is a great outdoor skating rink with skate rentals, which is open every day. Ski slope with lift and floodlights, in addition to a small hill for beginners and children.  There are many beautiful hikong and lighted trails en the woods around Skien fritidspark whichh are 1 km, 2.5 km and 5 km long. There is a lighted trail of 5 km, where the lights are on every day until 10 p.m.
