Lecture in Norwegian: "Hvis jeg kan, kan du" - Aleksander Martinsen
24 novembre 18:00-19:00
In connection with World Mental Health Day, an inspiring and thought-provoking talk will be given by Aleksander Martinsen, known for his appearances on the television programmes Kompani Lauritzen and Tropp 3.
In his talk, “If I Can, You Can”, Aleksander Martinsen shares honest reflections on mental health, courage and vulnerability. Drawing on personal experiences and speaking openly, he addresses challenges that many people can relate to and explores how openness and the willingness to face personal difficulties can bring hope and strength.
The talk focuses on the courage to be honest, finding strength in vulnerable moments, and the importance of treating both oneself and others with understanding and compassion. With a message centred on hope, resilience and the power of openness, Aleksander aims to inspire reflection and encourage greater openness about mental health.
The event is organised in collaboration between the mental health and substance misuse services of Klepp and Time municipalities, together with Mental Helse Klepp/Time.
Please note that this event will be conducted in Norwegian.
