L’écoresponsabilité fait partie intégrante de notre travail. Nos membress’efforcent en permanence de réduire les déchets alimentaires etd’élaborer des menus en étroite collaboration avec les producteurs etfournisseurs locaux. Les ingrédients traditionnels proviennent souvent dupotager de l'hôtel et de producteurs locaux, ou sont simplement récoltésdans la forêt. Le chauffage est géothermique et d'autres mesures sontprises pour réduire la consommation d'énergie. De nombreux hôtelsproposent également des vélos et des véhicules électriques pour découvrirla destination de façon durable.
