Thon Hotel Lofoten

Thon Hotel Lofoten features 190 modern rooms and offers free wireless internet throughout the hotel. Many of the rooms have a beautiful view of the sea or mountains. The hotel also has its own parking garage.

Restaurant
Paleo Arctic is the hotel's restaurant, located on the quayside at the square in Svolvær. It focuses on local, short-traveled, and fresh ingredients. Cod, stockfish, fresh fish from local fishermen, whale meat, local aged cheeses, and Lofoten lamb are among the specialties.

Breakfast
Get an enjoyable start to your day with what is counted as one of the best hotel breakfasts in Norway. The breakfast at Thon Hotel Lofoten was awarded first place in the Twinings Best Breakfast Awards Norway 2023 and 2024.

We offer an extensive breakfast buffet with both hot and cold dishes, several types of bread, home-made cold cuts and more, where we make use of local suppliers to a great extent. At our breakfast chef’s counter you can get freshly fried bacon and other delicious wam dishes.

Courses and Conferences
The conference department can accommodate up to 1000 people in the largest hall. The hotel has modern conference facilities of various sizes and collaborates with the Lofoten Culture House to offer flexible solutions for courses and conferences. The meeting center on the 2nd floor was newly renovated in 2021, and on the 10th floor, you will find a larger conference space with fantastic views. The foyers over three floors are used for breaks, fairs, exhibitions, cocktail parties, aperitifs, events, or recreation. The hotel can organize banquets and parties for up to 600 people.
