Feeling like spending the day in a quiet way and eating your lunch outside in a picturesque setting?

The lake Flaksjøen is situated only about 700 meters from Spidsbergseter Resort Rondane. Here you will find a small boat deck with a small dock and a windshield. This is the perfect excursion together with the youngest family members. It's even possible to get here with a stroller.

This tour goes along a graveled road in a beautiful mountain landscape.

Follow the graveled road from Spidsbergseter north towards Flaksjøen. Along the road you will pass a small cabin named "Lundesetra" and the driveway to the alpine ski slope. Take a right at the next crossroad and follow this road for a short distance before taking to the left down a somewhat steep graveled road that lead to the boat deck. Here you will find the windshield and a nice view of Flaksjøen and the characteristic mountain "Svartfjell" at the end of the lake. In the summer there are often cows grazing north of the deck, very idyllic! Feeling like explore the lake? Spidsbergseter has boats for rent.
