Tenden Resort

Tenden Resort is beautifully located by Oppstrynsvatnet, just 7 km from Stryn centre in Nordfjord. Here you will find a unique combination of accommodation, sauna and outdoor activities – with easy access to both fjord and mountains.

One of the main experiences is Naustet – a fjordside sauna and bathhouse located right by the water. Enjoy a warm sauna with views of Oppstrynsvatnet, combined with a refreshing swim. This creates an authentic Scandinavian hot-and-cold experience, available all year round.

For guests looking for activities, we offer rental of kayaks, canoes, SUP boards and e-bikes. This allows you to explore the surrounding nature at your own pace, either on the water or along scenic roads and trails. Boat rental is also available for exploring the fjord.

Tenden Resort offers four accommodation units – two cabins and two micro-apartments – suitable for couples, families and small groups. The area is quiet and rural, making it ideal for both short stays and longer holidays.

Nearby attractions in Nordfjord include:

7 km to Stryn centre (shops and activities)
20 km to Loen (Loen Skylift and Via Ferrata)
15 km to Hjelle (Segestad farm and Glomnesfossen waterfall)

Tenden Resort is ideal for guests looking for a peaceful base close to nature, with opportunities for both relaxation and outdoor experiences.
