Spontan Vinbar

Spontan restaurant serves clean, good flavours with local in-season ingredients. The menu in the restaurant is set up as a tasting menu of seven servings, and changes frequently according to the availability of ingredients and the chefs' inspiration. There is an extra focus on seafood. In the restaurant you should book a table in advance. 

The wine bar offers dinner dishes such as entrecote, tartare and a large vegetarian menu, as well as small dishes, cheeses and cured meats. There is only drop-in at the wine bar. 

The wine list consists mainly of biodynamic wines produced naturaly.
