Park Nordica

Set in the open landscapes of Namdalen, Park Nordica is a place where wildlife, nature and outdoor experiences come together in a calm and spacious environment. Surrounded by forests and mountains in Northern Trøndelag, the park offers visitors the opportunity to experience native and Nordic animal species at a calm pace.

A central part of the park is the newly developed bear enclosure. Designed with animal welfare as a priority, it provides more space, natural terrain and areas for retreat. From thoughtfully placed viewpoints, visitors can observe the bears and learn about their behaviour and natural habitats. The result is an experience that is both informative and impressive.

Beyond the animal areas, Park Nordica includes additional facilities. A climbing tower near the park entrance and a zipline crossing the park lake add optional activity to the visit. The new restaurant serves regional, seasonal food and is open both to park guests and to visitors who wish to stop by independently.

Park Nordica is well suited for families, couples, groups and school classes, and can be enjoyed as a half-day or full-day visit. The park is open year-round and continues to develop over time.
