The Norwegian Wild Salmon center is located innermost in the Sognefjord on the bank of the Laerdal river, one of the most famous salmon rivers in Norway.

Visitors are given an insight into the life history of the Atlantic salmon and the traditions of salmon fishing. The centre offers a pool were you can observe wild salmon and sea trout in the currents. An award-winning film about the Atlantic salmon - seen through the eyes of a salmon. Fly-tying workshop, souvenir-shop and cafe/restaurant.
