Welcome to the Red Cross Center – Merket
Merket is located on the bank of the river Tisleia close to the mountain plateau of Golsfjellet. Our closest neighbor is the beautiful nature that surrounds us with the river, forests and hills.
We offer nature experiences and activities in combination with accommodation and delicious meals!
Accommodation
At Merket, we have a total of 55 rooms and 150 beds; mostly in the main building, but there’s also an annex as well as several cabins. Contact us to find the right kind of accommodation for you and your group.
In addition to good food and facilities we also offer activities to our guests. For groups, activities that bring people together and move personal barriers can create a strong team feeling and memorable experiences! Available activities during the whole year include tobogganing, cross-country skiing, climbing on our very own climbing tower, canoeing, bonfires, team building activities and much more.
