The fortress Fredriksten has a lot of hideouts and hidden places - some abandoned, some not...
It was not just soldiers who remained in the fortress of their time.
Over the years, there have been several who have seen "The White Lady" floating in the area at the bell tower - usually at midnight when it's full moon. Obsessive is she in search of her lover who disappeared under mysterious circumstances. Maybe there are more ghosts on the fortress too...?
