Credo

Credo Restaurant is a produce-driven restaurant. We serve self-composed tasting menus consisting of local seasonal ingredients combined with wines to enhance the flavours of each dish. Our wine cellar is renowned for the rich selection and features several thousand wines from the best wine regions and producers in Europe. Credo has a strong focus on sustainability. Our chefs work extremely closely with the animals, farms and producers, including Fannremsgården and Skjølberg Søndre in Orkdal. Credo also wants to honour ancient culinary traditions from our small, wonderful country. The prestigious White Guide Nordic 2016 lists Credo as the third best restaurant in Norway.
