Accommodation at Yttervik Farm

Escape to the enchanting landscapes and gracious hospitality of Yttervik Gard in Beistad, Steinkjer!

Nestled amidst stunning natural beauty, Yttervik Gard offers panoramic vistas of Hjelbotn and Follafjella, creating a truly idyllic setting.

In addition to hosting meetings and events, we offer comfortable accommodations:

Trønderlåna:

Trønderlåna is a dwelling where generations have harmoniously coexisted. A quintessential Trøndelag gem, these traditional long and narrow houses adapted as families expanded through the generations. While our Trønderlån may not be the longest, it exudes charm and offers a spacious, inviting atmosphere.

On the ground floor, we present two rooms with private bathrooms and a shared living room/kitchen. Upstairs, five bedrooms share a bathroom and a living room/kitchen. A fireplace lounge on the first floor is open to all guests. For larger groups or families, the entire house, complete with three separate common areas, can be exclusively yours for a delightful experience.

Sommerfjøset:

This cozy cabin, formerly a summer barn, lies just 200 meters below Yttervik, offering the same breathtaking view. It features a downstairs double room, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find four beds of varying sizes (140, 120, 120, and 90), accommodating 2-7 people comfortably.

The Stabbur suite:

A charming building from the 1930s, the old storehouse boasts one of the finest vantage points on the farm. Here, you can greet the morning sun and bid adieu to the day's light, all while savoring sweeping views of Hjelbotn and Follafjella. A recent extension in spring 2023 has introduced modern amenities, including a bathroom with running water and drainage, electricity, internet access, and a balcony offering adventurous vistas. Staying in the storehouse now promises complete comfort and lasting memories.

Speilsuiten - the mirror suite:

Our luxurious mirror suite offers unparalleled privacy, perfect for a honeymoon escape, a romantic getaway, a friends' retreat, or a serene solo sojourn to find inner peace or work on personal projects. The suite features a delightful double bed, a cozy seating area for two, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Just outside the suite, you can grill, relish majestic sunsets, or unwind in the charming wood-burning sauna nearby. The view is both breathtaking and expansive, allowing you to bask in the beauty of nature from your exclusive retreat.

Welcome!
