Sondre Kvambekk is a professional Mountain Guide based among the high peaks of Jotunheimen in Norway.

Sondre Kvambekk is an IFMGA-certified mountain guide, which means he is a professional whose competence has been certified by an official institution that is accredited by the IFMGA. He may lead, instruct, advise and coach members of the public in the four disciplines of mountaineering, ski touring, rock climbing and ice climbing.

500fjell offers mountain guidance both summer and winter, as well as glacier courses, climbing courses and avalanche courses. With a big passion for nature and high mountains, and among other things, all of Norway's mountain peaks over 2000 meters on the merit list, Sondre is a guide with a lot of experience.

500fjell is located in Skjåk, with the national parks Jotunheimen, Breheimen and Reinheimen as its closest neighbours. Regardless of base, 500fjell take on course and guidance activities within skiing and climbing in the high mountains all year round.
