Syse Gard in Ulvik offers flavorful experiences with cider, fruit in many forms, and traditionally cured lamb. Farm shop and café open in summer.

Welcome to Syse Gard for a rich culinary and cider experience. Nestled deep in Hardangerfjord, in Ulvik, Syse Gard is located right along the fruit and cider route. Here, you can wander from cider farm to cider farm while enjoying the breathtaking scenery of Ulvik – the gem of Hardanger.



In the farm shop, open six days a week from Easter to Christmas, they offer processed fruit in many forms, from jams to juices and cider. You’ll also find traditionally cured lamb products like fenalår (cured leg of lamb) and cured sausages – all made on the farm.



Syse Gard’s summer café is open from June 12 to August 12, so feel free to drop by for a tasting board of cured meats or cider. Visit www.sysegard.no for more information.
