Behind Sirkus Renaa are Torill and Sven Erik Renaa, best known for the three Michelin-starred restaurant RE-NAA. Sven Erik Renaa has won Norway’s Chef of the Year competition twice, led the Norwegian National Culinary Team to Olympic gold in 2008, and published several critically acclaimed cookbooks.
