The restaurant Peder Hiort Mathus is located in the Bergmann's wing of the Bergstadens Hotel in the old Director's House. The restaurant offers a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. The rooms are decorated with ancient artifacts and photographs from Røros mining history and society.
