Berg I Østfold
Visit Smaalensbanen – the Miniature World of Norway – at Kornsjø – at the Swedish-Norwegian Border by Svinesund (E6).
A large model-railway in scale 1:87 was at first built up in the old railway station at Kornsjø – halfway between Oslo and Gothenburg.
The main topic of the layout is Norwegian nature and landscape – in the past, to day, and in the future.
The exhibition opened to the public on 20 May 2017. In the summer of 2020 the model-railway was moved to the Svinesund-area.
Our idea is to present in model different time periods as correct as possible, but with the use of freedom for what can come in the future.
The Covid19-situation makes this year special, and we therefore keep our doors shut until further notice from the Norwegian governement.

Family-tickets include up to 2 adults and 4 children.
Infants under 3 years are free.
