- Cafe, second hand shop og re-design

Kerringa me' Straumen is located in the oldest house in Straumen, Klokkarstu* from 1775 - in the very heart of the old town centre of Straumen.

We serve coffee, delicious waffles and old-fashioned coffee bread in pleasant surroundings. We are fully licensed, so should the urge or the occasion call for it we can also serve something stronger. You can also buy both the cup and the inventory after drinking the coffee and relaxing in the chair.

Kjerringa is passionate about using local food and drinks on menu and is certifiead as a Host - European Region of Gastronomy!

Events
We arrange different events throughout the year, such as flea market, moose coffee, summer evening and Kjerringa's beer night! Follow us on Facebook to be notified of the events.

Groups and functions
We also welcome smaller groups during the day and in the evening, with dining and arrangements by prior agreement. I.e pension meetings, associations, celebrations etc. We can accommodate 40 persons inside and 40 persons in the garden.
We are fully licensed. Feel free to contact us for a chat!

Welcome!

* The Bell Ringers House - most certainly named so after the bell ringer in the parish who lived in the house in the 1700s.
