    Grøtsetra Ski Arena is a great starting point for cross-country tours in Oppdal, offering a diverse trail network connected to Skaret, Nerskogen, Gjevilvassdalen, and the town center. At the starting area, you'll find a warm lodge with a café, restrooms, and a sledding hill for children. The café is open on weekends and during holidays.     Grøtsetra Ski Stadium is a great starting point for cross-country skiing tours in Oppdal. With a unique trail network, you can easily set out and ski for miles.

    The main trail network from Grøtsetra offers a variety of trail choices and is connected to trails leading to Skaret, Nerskogen, Rauhovden, Gjevilvassdalen, and towards Oppdal town center.

    At the start of the ski stadium, you'll find a warming hut with a café and toilet facilities. It always tastes good with waffles, coffee, or hot cocoa when you're out skiing. The café is open on weekends and during holidays, and you can also borrow sleds there. There's a popular sledding hill located within the ski stadium, which is a gathering place for many families in late winter.
