Geilo Camping and Cabins

Geilo Hytter & Camping is a great starting point for those who seek the perfect balance between comfort and nature experiences. In 2017, Breie Camping was sold and got its new name, Geilo Hytter & Camping AS. Since its establishment in 1950, the campsite has been a popular hangout for nature enthusiasts and travellers.

In 2018, the square underwent a complete renovation. Now they have modern facilities with new parking spaces for caravans, upgraded cabins, improved electrical systems, and a brand new sanitary facility. All this to ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Geilo Camping is an all-year camping site located in Geilo. We offer cabins, spacious caravan parks and tent sites. We have 13 different cabins, capacity for 45 caravans/mobilehomes and approximately 20 tents, all with access to electricity, internet and entrance to our new sanitary house with toilet, shower, washingroom and deposit of sewage. We are pet-friendly and allow animals in the camping area. If you rent a cabin, you can pay a pet fee and bring your pet with you for your entire stay.

It is also possible to order bread and rolls, which can be picked up early the next day at the reception.

All cabins have kitchen unit with pots and pans, cutlery, cups and glasses, and all you need for cooking and eating. If you do not bring your own bedlinens – you can rent from us.

The reception is closed during the low season, but we are easily reachable by phone.
