The tour starts from the quay in Vik at 11:00 AM. The boat takes you through the stunning Sognefjord via Balestrand and further into the peaceful Fjærland Fjord. The journey to Fjærland takes approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes. Bus transfers to both the Norwegian Glacier Museum and Bøyabreen Glacier are included.

Departure from Vik at 11:00 AM
Please meet at the quay at least 15 minutes before departure.
Boat trip via Balestrand
Departure from Balestrand at approximately 11:50 AM. Arrival in Fjærland around 1:10 PM.
Norwegian Glacier Museum
Upon arrival in Fjærland, a shuttle bus will be waiting to take you to the Norwegian Glacier Museum. The museum offers interactive exhibitions for all ages, providing insight into glaciers, climate and natural forces through engaging and innovative displays.
Bøyabreen Glacier
After visiting the museum, the tour continues to Bøyabreen, a spectacular arm of the Jostedal Glacier. Here you will have the opportunity to experience the glacier up close as it stretches dramatically down the mountainside.
Return to Vik
After the glacier visit, the bus takes you back to the quay in Fjærland. The return boat departs at 3:30 PM, arriving back in Vik at approximately 5:30 PM.
