Our single budget rooms all have a tv and a private bathroom with shower.



The hotels single rooms are comfortable with a pleasant interior. All rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower or bath tub and also a hairdryer. Some of the rooms have a minibar.

The family-run Alver Hotel was established in 1957 in the rural surroundings of Alversund, on the farm where the well-known Norwegian author Amalie Skram spent much of her childhood, just a short distance from Bergen.

The hotel has 48 comfortable rooms (88 beds), meeting/event capacity for up to 130 guest, Amalie Restaurant and Bar and the pub "Skramkjellaren".


    How to get there

    Bus number 300 to Knarvik terminal, then bus number 320 to Manger or 302 to Feste. Get off at the stop called Alverflaten Nord. About a 10-minute walk to the hotel. Total travel time is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
