This ride takes you round different locations that offer family-oriented attractions and activities on Golsfjellet.
This description has Oset Høyfjellshotell as the starting point, but as it is a round trip you can start wherever you wish along the route.
Follow the road from Oset past Ørterstølen to Bjørnelia. Continue up and south towards Kamben. Turn right and follow Kambegutu past the Red Cross cabin and continue along the trail/old horse and cart road to Storefjell.
Storefjell offers both horseback riding and swimming in the hotel’s aquatic facilities. Feeling peckish? Treat yourself to a tasty lunch!
From Storefjell follow the road and go left at the second intersection. This road takes you back to Kamben. From here cycle down to Fjellheimveien (main road on Golsfjellet). Then go left and cycle back to Oset.
From Oset it’s a short distance to the Tisleifjord, where you can swim and hire rowboats and canoes.
