This is a gentle yoga class that invites rest, soft movements, and a safe connection with your own body. A class for those who wish to find calm through light movement, breathing exercises, and rest. The movements are slow, gentle, and soft, with no requirements for flexibility, strength, or performance.
No special equipment or workout clothing is required, although it may be nice to wear something you feel comfortable in. Come as you are!
The aim is to give participants an experience of inner calm, increased presence, and a space where it is allowed to simply be, exactly as you are.
Registration is done by email to [email protected]. Please include your name and your wish to sign up, no later than 12:00 PM on the same day as the yoga class. You will receive a confirmation email from us regarding your spot.
