The Clown Run is held every September, with all proceeds going to the Hospital Clowns. In 2026, the Clown Run will be held for the 15th time, join us!
The Hospital Clowns work to ensure that children admitted to hospital have a daily life filled with humor, dreams and imagination. At St. Olavs Hospital, the Hospital Clowns are an important bright spot in an otherwise gray hospital day, but they need financial support to continue their work. That's why we students want to give something back to the city that we love, by helping the clowns stay in Trondheim.
There will be opportunities to participate in: Children's races (1km), 5km and 10km.
The children's race has an upper age limit of 12 years, but if your child wants to participate in the 5km race, we can accommodate that too.
You can choose to register either with or without timing. T-shirts will be given out to everyone who registers, as well as goodie bags with lots of exciting content! After the race there will be an awards ceremony and Afterrun.
