At Bergens largest Christmas Market you can find over 90 stalls, bars and attractions with Christmas gifts, crafts, food, drinks and experiences for the whole family.
During the pre-Christmas season Festplassen square gets fills with lights, scents, flavours and Christmas atmosphere. At Bergen Christmas Market you meet local producers, craftspeople and entrepreneurs side by side with exhibitors from Norway and abroad. Here you can find unique Christmas gifts, taste local and international specialities or simply enjoy the atmosphere.
Take a ride on the Ferris wheel and see the Christmas lights and Bergen from above, or try one of the carousels for young and old. When you want to come in from the cold, you will find heated meeting places with covered seating. In Varmestuen you can enjoy food from the market's many food exhibitors together with among other things coffee, hot chocolate, mulled wine, Christmas soda, wine or beer.
Combine the visit with Pepperkakebyen - the world's largest city made of gingerbread - Christmas-decorated streets, shopping, restaurants, cafés, concerts and other pre-Christmas experiences.
Bergen is a compact city, and most Christmas experiences are within short walking distance.
