    Apprendre à faire du ski et du snowboard

    Le ski et le snowboard peuvent être amusants, mais aussi un peu frustrants si vous ne maîtrisez pas bien la technique. Heureusement, il existe en Norvège de nombreuses écoles de ski, aussi bien pour les néophytes que pour les skieurs plus avancés.

    Et si vous preniez votre dose de ski en été ?

    Si vous pensez que le printemps marque la fin de la saison de ski, vous oubliez qu'il y a des stations de haute altitude en Norvège où vous pouvez pratiquer la glisse tout l'été.

    Il est cependant important de se lever tôt. Les glaciers sont parfois glacés en début de matinée, mais la glace se ramollit avec les premiers rayons de soleil, permettant ainsi plusieurs heures de ski agréable. Vers la mi-journée, la neige peut se transformer en soupe. C'est le moment de prendre une bière, de nager un peu et de prendre un bain de soleil.
